  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in individual service agreements. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAAO TECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due
  • Confidentiality obligations continue
  • Intellectual property rights remain as specified in the agreement

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Kunming, Yunnan Province.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
